In a cardboard Europe, following his wife's encouragement, the ridiculous Father Ubu succumbs to his delusions of grandeur. There he goes, at war with the whole world, chasing after the smallest wealth, massacring left and right! Cunning and cowardly, he has in his favor the strategy of shock: no one expects such baseness, such excesses, frankly, who would dare? How then to stop a tyrant who plays without following any rules?
