Montreal SPCA sees surge in abandoned animals

The Montreal SPCA has taken in more than double the usual number of abandoned animals this July. It's a city-wide issue. This tells you something about people struggling, or just not being responsible with their pets. The SPCA is really feeling the strain. We need folks to step up.
