About event

At the foot of the river, Adam Basanta builds a monolithic sculpture from collected and compressed objects. Workshop waste, old works, objects gleaned from ecocenters, stuffed animals, crushed cans, everything is likely to be found there. The artist assembles the collected material into family groups. The work gives new life to what was doomed to be forgotten. Like a beacon, this monument, sundial, takes inventory of the heterogeneous things we reject.
