Madame Bertrand, 74 years old, lives alone with her cigarettes and her aches. Félix, 26 years old and without ambition, delivers medicines for a popular pharmacy. That day, he knocks on Madame Bertrand's door for his last delivery of the day. While he simply was eager to go home, Félix finds himself staying much longer than planned.
