Champion is a melancholic young boy, adopted by his grandmother, Madame Souza. Noticing his passion for cycling, she has his grandson undergo rigorous training. As the years pass, Champion becomes an ace on the \\"little queen\\", to the point where he becomes a rider in the Tour de France. However, during the race, he is kidnapped by two mysterious men in black.
