About event

Château Ramezay was at the heart of the events of the American Revolution that took place on Canadian soil. Indeed, from November 13, 1775 to June 15, 1776, the Château housed the headquarters of the Continental Army as part of the invasion of the Province. Note that the Château is recognized by the Daughters of the American Revolution as a place of importance in the United States' war of independence.
