Ingrid Li is a 20-year-old saxophonist who is turning heads on the Canadian jazz scene. Based in Vancouver and Montreal, she enjoys working as a bandleader, composer, and in-demand accompanist. Her warm and powerful alto sound and classic jazz language pay homage to her musical heroes and saxophonists, Sonny Stitt, Frank Strozier, and, especially, Cannonball Adderley.
