Kabul is a six-part drama miniseries, set in August 2021, at the time of the US military withdrawal from Afghanistan and the Taliban takeover of Kabul. As the city descends into chaos, the series follows the desperate efforts of civilians, diplomats, and military personnel to flee the Afghan capital, against the backdrop of the constant threat of Islamic State attacks.
