The artist was curious to know the name and other details about the jockey, but was only able to find the name of the thoroughbred horse, Annie G. The disappearance of information about this character makes him invisible in the early days of cinema history. Through research, speculative fiction, and world-building, McKoy proposes a body of work that places one of the earliest film stars in the current culture of celebrity and excess.
