For this Halloween night, dive into the unreal atmosphere of Rachmaninov's Isle of the Dead, with the projection of van Woerkum's film where fantasy and anguish intertwine. The unbridled virtuosity of Liszt's work, Totentanz or Danse Macabre, performed by Goodwin Friesen, winner of the 2022 OSM Competition, will add a touch of frightening brilliance, illustrating the struggle between life and death. An evening of thrills and mystery, followed by festivities at the Symphony House.
