Forró de lá

Forró de Lá is a typical representative of forró (Brazilian festive genre) in Quebec. Created in 2022 by Lara Klaus (zabumba and vocals), Rodrigo Simões (7 strings and vocals), Gabriel Schwartz (flute, pandeiro and vocals) and Dominique Poirier (accordion), the group has established itself on the local scene, bringing social dance music and the atmosphere of Brazilian parties, including elements of the quadrille and Saint-Jean.
