About event

Kristi Chen considers Shadows Between Us as a collaboration between the past and the future, an intersection between ancestral heritage, contemporary identity, and human interventions on the environment. As the artist says, parts of my identity are incorporated into the pieces I have created, not a portrait, but parts of my fragmented existence.
