Emilio Modeste is a talented young tenor saxophonist and composer based in New York. He is the lead saxophonist of Stanley Clarke's group, N 4EVER, and Cindy Blackman Santana's band. Throughout his career, Modeste has shared the stage with Ron Carter, Jimmy Cobb, Buster Williams, Patrice Rushen, Lenny White, Gary Bartz, Steve Turre, Christian McBride, Rene McLean, Antoine Roney, Donald Harrison, and many others. He began his musical career in Wallace Roney's band.
