Thirty years after traveling the world to film the largest volcanoes on Earth, Pierre Dubois' steps lead him to face the lava-spewers once again, this time in southern Italy, in a volcanic archipelago located north of Sicily, in the Tyrrhenian Sea, where he set out to explore its 7 islands, only 2 of which harbor an active volcano: Stromboli and Vulcano.
