It opens with David Kellner's Aria, Fantasia and Gigue, where Baroque elegance is reimagined for the modern guitar. This is followed by four Spanish jewels: Malats' lyrical Spanish Serenade, Tárrega's beloved Arab Caprice, as well as Albéniz's evocative Asturias and Sevilla, which highlight passionate folk idioms through brilliant transcriptions.
