King Dagobert is a beloved king, even though he is absent-minded... Much to the dismay of his daughter, Irmine, who is ashamed of her father's antics. She tries to instill in him some basic manners but his subjects love the colorful personality of their monarch. Will the kingdom still be as peaceful if the king no longer wears his socks as a face mask?
