As a photographer, Adriana Garcia-Cruz has collaborated with various artists for her career projects in Canada and Quebec. Several of these artists come to Canada and have to start from scratch, despite having a prolific career in their country of origin. They have to learn a new language in addition to building a professional career in a different culture.
