Surrounded by a screen, light, and a camera, Stéphanie recounts, with confidence, her journey, from her childhood in northern Ontario to the self-assured mother she has become. As a child, she had to have her left eye removed for a matter of survival. Far from being downtrodden, she adopted her new glass eye as a symbol of her thirst for living fully and without complexes. In this solo infused with humor and self-deprecation, the artist invites us into her intimacy.
